Kristen & Kevin's Wedding

What an amazing couple. Kristen and Kevin were married at the beautiful Biltmore. We had such a great time with them. I could have posted about 2000 more shots, as these 2 don't take a bad photo. Seriously...look at them. I got to work with the ever talent Mary Anne of MAK events who is a blast and amazing! The place was gorgeous, the bride stunning, and the groom was adorable to watch (sorry Kevin...its true...the way you are with Kristen is adorable). He kissed his beautiful brides hand about a 1000 times, and each time he did it, it seemed to mean more than the last. Congrats you two!

Susan & Rashaad's Wedding

Susan and Rashaad were married at the ever so cool SB Zoo. It was
a beautiful ceremony and everyone was dressed to the nines. The colors were amazing, but honestly Susan's smile was the brightest thing there. Truly she was breathtaking. Such a kindred spirit...she cracked me up all night long. God I love this job...

Shannon & David's Wedding

What an amazing day! Shannon & David were married at the Fess Parkers DoubleTree resort. Couldn't have a better backdrop for their beach wedding. Jessica from Bijoux Events, along with Shannon and David created a magical feel in the plaza.
Salt water taffy was waiting for each guest, as was an amazing night of dancing.
This crowd could really break it down on the dance floor!

Rain or Shine

Whew! We had 2 beautiful weddings this past weekend, and thankfully the weather cooperated! Friday's wedding was all outside, and I swear both me and Michelle (the beautiful bride) were checking weather.com every other hour to see if the forecast had changed. Expecting showers Michelle got a beautiful parasol just in case. We arrived at the DoubleTree and like magic the sky cleared. I do have to say I have amazing luck with weather and it has not rained on me yet....now knock on wood....seriously...knock on wood! Congrats to both my wonderful couples, Michelle & Patrick and Melissa & Mario. I can't think of a better way to spend my weekends....

SHOES!

I just couldn't help but post these two shots! We just photographed Michelle & Patrick's wedding over the weekend, and I can't stop thinking about these shoes. The red ones are from a product shoot we just did, and the white ones are Michelle's'. Does this girl have great style or what? I promise to post more from her wedding soon!

The Harris Family!

I just love these guys! I had the pleasure of meeting Sonya about 3 years ago when I photographed her parents 50th wedding anniversary. We actually re-created their wedding photo 50 years later....one of my favorite shoots. Bill & Sonya have been busy with their own 2 little guys ever since. I wish I could post all of the images, as we got a ton of great stuff, but here are just a few that I loved.

SB Parent Choice Awards

We were thrilled to be nominated in Santa Barbara's Parents Choice awards for family photographer. So thank you for all who voted...you and your families are very important to Brian and I. Christen & Adam's Wedding featured in Exquisite

We were thrilled when we got the call from Exquisite Weddings wanting to feature one of our weddings from last year. Christen and Adam were married at Firestone Vineyard and had the most gorgeous set up in the barrel room. The flowers, food, music, and location made this one of the most romantic evenings. It was hard not to steal a kiss from my fabulous
hubby during the night. Ok....I may have stolen one....or two!
