Shannon, David and Captain

What an awesome shoot we had with Shannon and David (and Captain too!). Started at the beautiful Courthouse and then headed over to Hendry's dog beach. Captain was by far the best dog out there (and quite the poser too!).
We had so much fun with you guys and can't wait for the big day.

Beautiful Catie

I got to photograph one of my favorite brides from last year, Catie right before the holidays. They had a beautiful baby girl a few days before Christmas...what an amazing gift. Just had to post a few as she was just a breath taking mother to be...enjoy!

Photo of the Week!

I took this photo in Turkey at the Suleiman Mosque. It was a rainy day, but one of my favorite memories from Istanbul. We dodged in and out of the rain stumbling into tiny cafes drinking the strongest and sludgiest coffee known to man, went from mosque to mosque...listening to their prayers over a loud speaker. Truly a magical city.

I want to take a moment and thank all of my friends, family, and clients for the fun times I have had this year and for all the love and support. I feel truly blessed for the many great opportunities and experiences this year has brought. It was packed with so many new things and I would have never guessed where the road was going to lead. Please stick with me as we enter the new year. I have some new things in the works that I am very excited about. I also will have some big announcements coming this spring. I know that 2009 is going to bring many more wonderful adventures that I'm very excited about. It is going to be a year of learning, loving, and fun. One New Years resolution will be an even better blog...with fun new stuff like photo of the week.
So let's kick it off right. Stay tuned as 2009 is gonna be the best one yet!

What a beautiful December wedding. Winter weddings are my favorite....although it felt like more like June! Mike and Katie had a very intimate wedding at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa with just their (unbelievably cool!) families. It was truly a wonderful day. Big congrats you two!

Beach Family Session

What a great day we had with the Andrulaitis family. We have been doing their family photos for years....all the way back when Edie was in mommy's belly. I can't believe how big they have grown. It was a such a fun day.....can't wait till next year!
